Return Policy:

All items can be returned for a full refund within two weeks if they are new, unopened, and still in the original packaging. The Jersey Paddler will pay return shipping fees only if the return is a result of an error made by The Jersey Paddler or if the merchandise is damaged.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via UPS, except for APO and PO box addresses for which we ship via US Postal Service. Shipping costs for orders under $150 are $8.50. Orders over $150 ship free of charge. Kayaks, Canoes, Paddleboats, and Trailers are available for In Store Pick Up Only unless freight shipping arrangements are made with The Jersey Paddler in advance.
